नई दिल्ली, एएनआइ। Delhi Election Date 2020 : राजधानी दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव का एलान हो गया है। सोमवार को मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त सुनील अरोड़ा ने बताया कि राज्य की सभी 70 सीटों के लिए आठ फरवरी को मतदान होगा और 11 फरवरी को मतगणना होगी। चुनाव के लिए नामांकन प्रक्रिया 14 से 21 जनवरी तक चलेगी। 2015 में सात फरवरी को र्वोंटग और 10 को मतगणना हुई थी। नतीजों में आम आदमी पार्टी को 67 और भाजपा को तीन सीटें मिली थीं।
मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने कहा कि चुनाव के एलान के साथ ही आदर्श चुनाव आचार संहिता तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू हो गई है। निगरानी शुरू हो गई है। पहली फरवरी को आने वाले केंद्रीय बजट से जुड़े सवाल पर मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने कहा कि इसे लेकर 2017 के सर्कुलर में सब साफ है। जिस राज्य में चुनाव है, उसका जिक्र बजट भाषण में नहीं होगा। दिल्ली में चुनावों के एलान से पहले से ही राजनीतिक दलों ने जनता को लुभाना शुरू कर दिया है। आम आदमी पार्टी ने हाल में कई बड़ी घोषणाएं की हैं। बताया जा रहा है कांग्रेस भी लोकलुभावन वादों के साथ ताल ठोकने को तैयार है। भाजपा पीएम नरेंद्र मोदी के नाम पर मैदान में होगी।

बुजुर्गों के लिए पोस्टल बैलेट

इस बार दिल्ली विस चुनाव में 80 साल या उससे ज्यादा उम्र के बुजुर्गों को पोस्टल बैलेट से वोटिंग की सुविधा मिलेगी। यानी वे घर बैठे वोट डाल सकेंगे। इसके लिए नामांकन शुरू होने के पांच दिन के भीतर रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना होगा। झारखंड विस चुनाव के दौरान सात विस क्षेत्रों में इस प्रयोग को आजमाया था, जो सफल रहा था। बुजुर्गों और दिव्यांगों को र्पोंलग बूथ तक लाने के लिए खास इंतजाम भी होंगे।

• मतदान प्रक्रिया के चरण में 14 जनवरी को नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया जाएगा। 21 जनवरी को नाम वापस लेने के आखिरी तारीख होगी। 
•  8 फरवरी को होने वाले मतदान में दिल्ली के 1.46 करोड़ मतदाता नई सरकार चुनेंगे।
• 13750 बूथों पर वोटिंग होगी और 2689 जगहों पर मतदान होगा। 
• 90,000 कमर्चारी चुनाव प्रक्रिया में जुटेंगे और चुनाव खर्च को लेकर सख्त नियमों का पालन किया जाएगा।
• वरिष्ठ नागरिकों और दिव्यांगों के लिए खास इंतजाम किए गए हैं। इन्हें घर से ही वोटिंग की सुविधा मिलेगी।
• वर्तमान में 70 सदस्यीय दिल्ली विधानसभा में AAP के पास 62 विधायक और भाजपा के पास चार विधायक हैं, जबकि एक सीट पर कांग्रेस को जीत मिली है। 
• दक्षिणी दिल्ली में गायक मोहित चौहान, पूर्वी दिल्ली में पूर्व मैराथन एथलीट सुनीता गोदारा व दो जगहों पर कब्बड़ी के खिलाड़ी आइकॉन बनाए गए हैं।

बता दें कि वर्ष 2015 के विधानसभा चुनाव में आम आदमी पार्टी ने दिल्ली की 70 में से 67 सीटें जीतकर इतिहास रचा था, जबकि भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने सिर्फ तीन सीटें हासिल की थीं तो 15 सालों तक दिल्ली पर राज करने वाली कांग्रेस शून्य पर सिमट गई थी।
